Most hosts finish the guided form in about 10 minutes. You answer plain questions about wifi, check-in, rules, and your favorite local spots, and we handle the design. On Pro, AI import pre-fills most of it from your listing description.

JPEG, PNG, and WebP. SVG files are not supported, and there is a cap on photo size and count to keep your guest page fast. One iPhone tip: if your photos are saved as HEIC, export or share them as JPEG first.

No. Your guidebook lives at a long random link that cannot be guessed, and we tell search engines not to index it. Only people with the link or the QR sign can reach it. If you want an extra layer, you can add a 4-digit PIN in your editor.

No. The password shows as dots until a guest taps to reveal it, and door codes work the same way. If you set a PIN, codes are not even loaded onto the page until the PIN is entered.

No. There are no forms, no accounts, and no personal-data analytics on guest pages. Your guests just read the page; there is nothing about them for us to store. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

14 days from purchase, no questions asked. If you bought on keystay.co, email [email protected] and we refund you through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. If you bought on Etsy, the refund runs through Etsy's system; message us via your order or email us and we will sort it out. After a refund, editing access closes, but we do not pull a page out from under guests mid-stay. The details are in our refund policy.

Your one-time payment covers hosting your guidebook for 5 years from the purchase date, and you can export anytime: a single self-contained HTML file you can keep or host anywhere, plus print-to-PDF. Before the 5 years are up, we will contact you with options, and if anything ever changed on our side you would get at least 90 days notice plus your export.
