Keystay is a one-time-payment digital guidebook builder. Your purchase includes the hosted guest page, the editor, and the printable QR sign. Hosting is included for 5 years from the date of purchase, and you can export your guidebook anytime. Keystay is not a subscription.
We commit, on a best-effort basis, to keep your guidebook online for 5 years from purchase. If we ever need to discontinue the service before that, we will give you at least 90 days notice and keep the export function available so you can take your guidebook with you.
Everything in your guidebook (wifi passwords, door codes, house rules, tips) is provided by you. You are responsible for its accuracy and for keeping codes current. You are also responsible for complying with local short-term rental regulations that apply to your property (registration numbers, guest information duties, and similar).
Guidebooks may only contain content related to hosting guests at your property. No unlawful content, no spam, no impersonation, no content you do not have the right to publish. We may suspend guidebooks that break these rules.
You own your content. We own the Keystay software, templates and design. You get a license to use them as part of the product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost bookings, or issues arising from host-provided content.
Checkout on keystay.co is operated by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Purchases on Etsy are governed additionally by Etsy's terms.
