Getting in

Check-in

Check-in from 3:00 PM

Text me when you are 20 minutes away and I will make sure everything is ready.

  1. From the marina parking, walk up the stone stairs next to Bar Marina.
  2. At the blue gate, enter the street gate code on the keypad.
  3. The lockbox is on the right wall behind the plant. Enter the lockbox code and take both keys.
  4. Second floor, green door. The bigger key opens the top lock.

House rules

Quiet hours after 10 PM
The building is home to families with small children. The terrace carries sound down to the courtyard, so please keep voices low after 10 PM.
No smoking indoors
You are welcome to smoke on the terrace. There is an ashtray on the small table.
No parties or events
Sort your trash
Bins are by the street gate: blue for paper, green for glass, grey for the rest. Collection is early morning.
Lock both locks when you go out
The top lock needs a full double turn. It sticks a little; lift the handle while you turn.

Before you leave

Checkout

  1. Leave the keys on the kitchen table and pull the door shut.
  2. Put bottles and paper in the bins by the street gate.
  3. Close the terrace umbrella if it is windy.
